The QualityWeb.org certification is free of charge and available to any web of high quality in the world. No funds  are required. Once you are accepted, your membership is for the life time unless you are disqualified by QualityWeb.org.

Cancellation Clause

The Board of Directors reserves the right to terminate any QualityWeb.org member by a majority vote of the Board. If such termination occurs, beginning from the date of cancellation, you are not allowed to display any QualityWeb.org Seal on your web sites.

Assignment

You may not assign this agreement, in whole or in part, without QualityWeb.org's written consent. Any attempt to assign this Agreement without such consent will be null and void.

Governing Law, Arbitration, and Venue

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong. Any disputes arising under this agreement will be resolved by binding arbitration, to take place in Hong Kong.
